IV. ADITIONAL OBSERVATIONS

1. Any data related to the current owner or holder are limited to transcriptions of
information released by same.

2. Any information regarding the theme, style, school or genre are professional
opinions based on a careful and direct analysis of the Original Oil Painting.

3. Everything related to the authenticity and originality of the certified work has a
high degree of certainty in the opinion of the undersigned. The painting is
unsigned, but attributed to Carle Van Loo, and the Appraiser can see no reason
to contest this. In any case, we rely on the affirmation of the owner. The art
piece does indeed appear in the Catalogue of Evelyn S. Poole, Ltd. Antiques
Gallery, of Miami Florida.

4. The commercial and artistic value is determined on the date of the certification
and corresponds to the Oil Painting at that time.

Appraisal fluctuates within a frame of reference that includes prices of similar
paintings by the same painter from the same time period in actual sales from
more recent years. These appraisals are not fixed nor do they follow any set
convention; the prices are estimates and are entirely dependent on fluctuations
of the markets and a wide array of other factors.

5. The appraisal of this painter’s work is susceptible to fluctuations of the
international markets.
