Super T-10 Manual Transmission
An improved version of the original T-10, fully redesigned transmission is 50% more durable and weighs 10
lbs. less than its predecessor. Engineered to deliver improved acceleration, four-speed countershaft, helical gear
transmission is synchronized in all forward gears. First and reverse are “constant mesh” to prevent gear “clash”, and
strut-type synchronizers are used to ease shifting and increase durability. Aluminum-cased unit weighs just 70 lbs. Stocked in three versions, each transmis-
sion features a low first gear ratio, while retaining relatively close ratio spacing between second, third, and fourth gears to minimize RPM “drop” during
each gear change for maximum performance. Bellhousing, flywheel, and clutch components must be purchased separately.

Ring And Pinion Sets

Richmond is an industry leader in the manufacturer of high-performance ring and pinion sets. Street Gear ring and pinion sets, made of 8620 steel, have
excellent wear characteristics and are versatile enough for street or mild drag race use. Pro Gear ring and pinion sets, made with high-impact 9310 steel,
are engineered to take the abuse of high-horsepower drag race-only cars (not for street use). Gasket diagrams are shown for differential identification.
