INSTITUTIONALGUIDELINESONSTUDENTDISCIPLINE

                 ISU students are expected to observe the Code of Conduct at all times. Students must at all times,
            observe the laws of the land and the rules and regulations of the University. All students shall uphold the
            academic integrity which states that, “All persons involved in the educational programs and services of the
            Universityasstudent,teacher,researcher,staff,oracademicadministratorshall upholdhonestyandintegrityin
            their academic activities at all times.” In this regard, students then shall avoid acts such as cheating,
            plagiarism, deceit, misinterpretation, and fabrication of facts and records, bribery, and all acts and forms of
            dishonesty.

           PENALTIES


           Section1. General Provisions


           1.TheDirector of theOSSthroughtheDisciplineUnit must determine,  recommend,andimpose
           appropriatepenalties after dueprocess.Takinginto account thefollowing:


                         1.     Nature andinherentgravity of offense;
                         2.     Previous record;
                         3.     Character andposition of theaggrievedparty;
                         4.     Established precedents; and
                         5.     Pertinentandapplicableaggravating andmitigating
           circumstances.

           2.Students who       are certified asundesirable bythe OSSDiscipline Unit will nolongerbeadmitted in the
           College andin addition, suchdisciplinary actionswill  beimposedby theCommittee onDiscipline.

           Section2. Thefollowing areclassifiedasMajor andMinorOffenses:


           1. MinorOffenses
                         1.     not wearingproper uniform,
                         2.     possession of pornographic materials,
                         3.     littering/unsanitary acts,
                         4.     smoking,
                         5.     loitering,
                         6.     eatinginrestrictedareas,
                         2.1.7  unauthorized useof school facilities,
                         2.1.8. lending/borrowing of  Identification  Card.
           2. MajorOffenses
           1.            Possessionanduseofalcoholicdrinkandprohibiteddrugs anddeadly weapons and
           explosives,
                         2.     Disrespect,
                         3.     Vandalism,
                         4.     Dishonesty/Cheating/ forgery,
                         5.     Creatingbarricades/obstructions,
                         6.     Assaults/Physical injuries,
