REFERENCETOACOMMITTEEONDISCIPLINE/APPEAL
Section 1. The Office of Student Services through the Discipline Unit shall create an Ad Hoc Committee which shall
composeof the Director of Student Services, Director of Instruction/ ARA,two faculty membersandthe Chief Justice of
theSSC.
TheCommitteeonDisciplineshallconductinvestigationandcollectpiecesofevidencethatmaybe usedasbasesof their
findings andrecommendations.
Anyappeal maybe addressed to the Campus Heador University President. TheCampusHeador University President
may create a Committee on Appeals which shall be tasked to review the findings of the Committee on Discipline and
makefinal recommendations onthecase.
Section 2. No disciplinary proceedings shall be instituted except for conduct prohibited by law or by the rules and
regulationspromulgated byduly constitutedauthority of theUniversity.
1. Adisciplinary proceeding shall beinstituted upon:
i. Filing of written complaint under oath bythestudent –complainant to theOfficeof Student Services;
ii. Submission of official report about the violation of an existing rules and
regulations.
2. There shall be an official entry book for the purpose of specifying the person charged, thecomplainant andhis
witnesses andthesubstance of thecharge.
