B. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION


                 Becoming  a  Registered  Nurse  is  anything  but  a  simple  undertaking  in  the


          Philippines; one  must  pursue to  graduate a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, passed

          the  Nursing  Licensure  examination  which  is  considered  to  be  one    of    the    most


          difficult    board    examinations  in    the    history    of    the    Philippine    career

          professionalism  but  most importantly, possess the characteristic of an exemplary

          caring  nurse.  It  is  undeniable  that  through  the  years  Isabela  State  University  -


          Echague  Campus  College  of  Nursing  is  utmost  committed  to  produce  impeccable

          nursing  professionals  from  the  institution.  Capability  and  competency  of  every


          professors  and  instructors  are  always  relevant  to  timely  change  and  massive

          advancement in order to  bring out the bests  of students, assist them in becoming


          licensed  professionals  and  enhance  nursing  skills  ensuring  relative  insights  will

          supplement to their capacities and prepared them to the real word of nursing.


          A tracer study establishes an empirical data which can be considered an appropriate
          means of evaluating the results of the education and training provided by an
          institution. It brings together certain basic types of information concerning the level of
          employment, unemployment and underemployment amongst graduates. Result of
          such studies demonstrates the success of education and training in relation to the
          graduates, labor market and employers. The information acquired by means of tracer
          surveys can also indicate possible deficits in a given educational program and will
          serve as a basis for future revisions, planning and crafting programs at both the
