Statement of the Problem

This 2018 - 2021 tracer study aims to determine the current employment and

unemployment status of the graduates Bachelor of Science in Nursing of Isabela

State university – Echague campus. The results of this study served as basis for

future planning.

Significance of the Study

School Administrator. The findings of this study may be used as a guide in

the formulation of future modifications in educational policies, curriculum and

strategies, and teacher's training toward a more efficient delivery of learning.

Curriculum Planners. The outcome of this study may serve as a potential

reference in planning, designing, and crafting a curriculum that would benefit both

the teachers and the students towards the realization of the thrust, mission, vision,

and goals of education.

Faculty. The study will be of help in understanding better strategies and

methodologies that help the students in connecting interrelated topics [, thus

preparing the graduates to be globally competitive
