The above data shows that all of the graduates are currently employed

in the clinical settings. It may imply that employability rate for the year 2020

is high due to the increased demand for healthcare workers to combat covid

19 pandemic.

Data shows that 4 or 70 percent are currently employed, 1 or 40

percent are not employed. The two graduated mentioned were previously

passed their Nurse Licensure Examination which implies that they are not

currently employed.

Conclusion

Out of the 60 graduates from 2018 to 2021, this study concludes that 48 or 80

percent or majority of the graduates of Bachelor of Science in Nursing are

successfully employed and practicing their chosen endeavor.
