FINAL REFLECTION

Looking back, I have realized how much my writing has improved since the beginning

of the semester until now. In the first days, I had a lot of mistakes in grammar, punctuation,

spelling, cohesion, and coherence, but now I have improved significantly. This portfolio was
made to show what I have learned from Writing II. It shows how much I have improved as a

writer, and contains my best works and my mistakes. Also, it’s the evidence to prove that I

have learned many things in this subject.

There are many things that I have learned in this semester. Identify the different types

of essays, their structure, the steps to follow, and how I must write them correctly are some of

them. Moreover, I have learned many grammar, punctuation, and spelling rules. Besides that,

I learned many things about academic writing and APA style, now I can apply these things

and write essays citing sources and avoiding plagiarism. Consequently, my essays are better
than before. I have also learned many things about the topics in the book, my knowledge

about general culture has increased, so that my essays have better explanations and

arguments. Finally, I have learned how to realize my own mistakes and correct them.

In conclusion, Writing II have been a useful subject because I have improved my

writing skills significantly. Now I can write good essays and communicate my ideas better.

Writing II has been an interesting subject where I learned many things of academic writing

and general culture, so, this subject has contributed to my professional development and to

attain the learning outcomes successfully.
