best eye vitamins rather than the most appropriate readers. Billions of
dollars have been invested in research in medicines to reverse

Food for the eye
The cells in the eye especially the cornea and the retina are
constantly being replenished. They need vitamin A for the new cell
regeneration. Foods rich in Vitamin A are good for the eye. The best
source of vitamin A is liver, eggs and milk. Beta-carotene which is a
precursor of vitamin A is abundant in yellow fruits like sweet
potatoes, butternut squash and carrots as well as in green leafy
vegetables like kale and spinach.
