few chapters, ask yourself the following questions. Feel free to write
down your answers:
1. Do you consider your workplace a diverse workplace? If not, what
actionable steps will you take to encourage more diversity? How will
you lead by example to “show intolerance the door?”
2. Office diversity is about more than race, religion, gender, sexual
orientation or being differently abled. It’s really about learning to
embrace our cultural differences and how different people see the
world. What will you do to help your office become more culturally
competent? What can you do to open your own world-view wider?
