Decision Making Helper -- A / B List
How to use this list:
The idea behind lis ng your likes and dislikes – the good and the bad, is to guide you to an objec ve
and ra onal decision making process. Get started by crea ng a document with two columns, and tle
them A and B. On the A side column – use this for all of the posi ve or good things, and just the
opposite on the B side column.
When you have completed lis ng your assessments good and bad, review the list and see what steps
you can take to improve your situa on. Remember, you are in control of your des ny and realizing
perhaps there are alterna ve posi ve changes that can be made, can help in goal development. Good
decision making takes knowledge and informa on to make the right choice.

answers and feel free to add to this list.
“A” list are the posiƟves for staying at your “B” list are the negaƟves you face daily at
job or deciding whether to move on, add your job and most likely will make you want
