The Construction Manager shall submit their costs associated with the construction of the
complete Verizon Executive Education Center building, a four-story 40,000 gsf steel frame
building which is anticipated to have a total GMC cost in the range of $31,000,000 to
$33,000,000:
a) Cost of Work / Trade Cost (Package 1)
b) General Conditions (Cost Proposed for Entire Project)
c) CM Fee (Percentage of Cost of Work and General Conditions)
d) Bonding / Subguard (Percentage of Trade Cost)
e) Insurance (Percentage of Trade Cost and General Conditions)
f) Contingency (Percentage of Trade Cost)
