Th e Surgical Services Project expanded the existing surgical suite by 18,000 • Th is project was built over the existing ED and

• Th e CSS construction was a multi-phased
program developed by Barr & Barr to support
the new construction and the day to day
operations of the CSS.
• Th is program included the addition of new
elevators to support the new surgical suite.
• Th is program also included extensive MEP
infrastructure upgrades (AHU, chillers, cooling
towers and electrical service) to support the new
construction and improve on the services to the
existing facility.
