           In Brian’s past eleven years with Barr & Barr, he has developed a keen eye for the coordination and installation of interior
           trades. His high level of experience in quality, safety, and scheduling are reinforced within these trades.  His logical and
           effi cient approach creates a path to ensure his expectations are met.  Brian is a stickler for neat and orderly building sites.

           200,000 SF. This is Crum and Forster’s new Headquarters  international offi ces and the Princeton Institute for International
           project.  This will be a complete gut and “re-skin” of their  and Regional Studies (PIIRS). The structure’s interior will be
           existing four story building, transforming the structure into   renovated extensively and feature new classroom, offi ce and
           a modern “Class A” Headquarters.  Concurrently to the   meeting space, communal spaces and two atriums. The historic
           renovation will be the construction of a brand new 500 space   character of the exterior of the building will be preserved
           parking structure adjacent to the building.

           Princeton University, Princeton, NJ
           249,000 SF, Pursuing LEED Silver. The state-of-the-art two-
           building complex houses the Peretsman-Scully Hall & Princeton
           Neuroscience Institute and the Department of Psychology. The
           research facilities will feature teaching classrooms, meeting
           rooms, faculty offi ces, laboratories and instructional space.
           The lower level will incorporate a lecture hall and MRIs.
