           Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ
           145,000 SF. This new four story  (above grade) Chemistry and
           Chemical Biology, with a basement and penthouse, will house
           classrooms, administration offi ces, research laboratories and
           a 120 seat auditorium.  The lobby doubles as a presentation
           and gathering space and the  basement includes specialty
           imaging facilities. The structure consists of a concrete wide
           module joist system and includes architecturally exposed
           concrete at laboratories, stairways and other interior locations.
           The mechanical penthouse has steel framing members. The
           Exterior Envelop materials include curtainwall, terracotta
           rain screen, composite metal panel, precast and dimension
           stone cladding.
           Princeton University, Princeton, NJ
           280,000 SF. Renovations to 20 Washington Road, built in
           1929, will provide a home for the Department of Economics,
           several international offi ces and the Princeton Institute for
           International and Regional Studies (PIIRS). The structure’s
           interior will be renovated extensively and feature new classroom,
           offi ce and meeting space, communal spaces and two atriums.
           The historic character of the exterior of the building will be
           preserved.
