           UNIQUE PROJECT CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
           Th  e New Jersey Realtors project presented a challenge with a historic
           urban job site and aggressive scheduling. To adhere to the scheduling
           Barr & Barr made an emphasis as always, to make communication with
           the owner imperative. Using an effi  cient work fl ow and staggered shift
           schedule, there was a minimal disturbance to the occupants.
