As Executive Vice President & Director of Operations for the Southeast Region here at Barr & Barr,
I am excited to announce that our Florida office is successfully growing. We have compiled a team of
very talented individuals that exemplify the Barr & Barr culture. The Florida office has secured several
projects at the Moffitt Cancer Center, KPMG and Technology Park Atlanta (TPA) and is projecting
a very healthy revenue for 2018. As our team grows here in Florida so does Barr & Barr’s Academic,
Healthcare and Corporate Commercial portfolio and we soon hope to be breaking into the Hospitality sector as well.

Our team is excited to be part of the Barr & Barr family and a strong contributor to the already successful reputation
Barr & Barr holds across the Mid Atlantic and New England Regions.

Welcoming Our Florida Team

Our now established Southeast Region is led by Fred A. Hames. Fred joins our
team with over 20 years of experience in the Southeast market; he has successfully
managed over $3 Billion in the Healthcare, Academic, Corporate, Life Sciences
and Commercial Sectors. Fred has been strategically growing his team in
Florida by bringing on two exceptional and local Executives, Matt Gilbert and
Quoc Truong. This trio has a successful past working together and has built a
strong reputation with the local community and established relationships with Matt Gilbert Quoc Truong
owners, architects and subcontractors. Enhancing the strength of this already
well known group is the addition of some very experienced local team members:
