PROJECTS AT A GLANCE

South Nassau Communities Hospital

Emergency Department Renovation

Barr & Barr recently completed this 4,200 SF fit out of existing laundry/environmental
services areas to the clinical Emergency Department annex. The scope of work included
new MEP infrastructure, AHU equipment, underslab plumbing rough in, new treatment
bays/Patient Headwall systems.

Mercy College
Victory Hall

Barr & Barr is currently underway with this fast track addition and renovation. The
scope of work includes the renovation and expansion of the gymnasium area; a new
main entrance located on the west side of the building; and improvements to the music
studio building including a new physical connection to Victory Hall.

The new main entrance will provide a needed focal point, providing a terminus to the
pedestrian circulation spine running throughout campus. The new entrance will provide
a welcoming face to the building. Our team is on track moving towards a construction
completion date of July 2018.

Williams College
Library Shelving Facility Phase II

Having built a very successful relationship with Williams College
over the years and currently with the Science Center Renewal project;
Barr & Barr was hired to come on board and help Williams College
with the Design-Build of their 8,500 SF new Library Shelving Facility.

This new facility will include extreme climate control as it will be
the storage location for the William College Library and Williams
College Museum of Art. This building will store books, artwork and
artifacts.

Our preconstruction efforts continue to move forward keeping us
on our targeted schedule of construction commencement for the
beginning of March 2018.
