Air Service Development and Marketing Manager
Mark has over 25 years of commercial air service development experience with previous management positions at American Airlines, Lufthansa, Swissair, Swiss International Airlines, Sabre Technology Solutions, InterVISTAS Consulting, and Vantage Airport Group. Mark is responsible for promoting commercial air service development at Sacramento International Airport, engaging stakeholders with local/regional business, tourism, government and economic development entities, and promoting Sacramento International Airport as the premier gateway to Northern California. Mark serves on the Competitiveness Council with Greater Sacramento and is an at-large board member with CalTravel Association. He is a northern California native, holds an MBA from Thunderbird, and a BA in Economics.

Senior Air Service Consultant
Jeffrey has more than 15 years of airline planning and air service development experience.
He brings hands-on experience in all facets of airline planning, including market analysis, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, scheduling, marketing and sales, pricing, and revenue management. Jeffrey’s airline background includes working in strategic planning, scheduling, and marketing in management roles at American Airlines/American Eagle Airlines, Big Sky Airlines and Mesa Air Group. Jeffrey has a bachelors and two Masters degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and is a certified Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor.

Truckee Tahoe Airport District
Director of Aviation & Community Services
Hardy currently serves as the Director of Aviation and Community Services at the Truckee Tahoe Airport District. He is tasked with the safety, security, and efficiency of this regional non-hub airport. Reduction of annoyance and enhancement of the benefit of the airport to the community at large is also a principal role of his. Hardy has spent the last ten years finding creative solutions to problems facing general aviation. He is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot with nearly 2000 hours of flight time in various types of fixed wing aircraft, gliders and jets. He serves with distinction on the National Business Aircraft Association as the Airports Safety Team Leader. He is a Certified Member of the Association of Airport Executives. Hardy is also an appointed Planning Commissioner, Community Advisory Team member, and Board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Outside of work Hardy spends time with his wife of 23 years and two children ages 14 and 16.
