Project Manager
Renju works as a Project Manager/Associate Engineer for the Aviation & Federal group at
Burns & McDonnell in Los Angeles, California. He is a civil engineer with more than 16 years of aviation engineering experience, specifically in airfields design, and has worked on commercial airfields across North America. He has worked on aviation projects at Los Angeles International Airport, San Diego International Airport, Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, Chicago O’Hare International Airport, and Van Nuys Municipal Airport. His experience ranges from performing airfield design, pavement design, pavement management programs and evaluation, to aircraft movement/parking analysis.

Senior Engineer
Brian is a Senior Engineer and Office Manager in the Transportation Sector of Applied Research Associates, Inc. He joined ARA in 2000 and has been responsible for a diverse project portfolio including pavement management implementations, structural evaluations, peer review, research, and forensic evaluations of early pavement failures. Brian has been directly responsible for airport pavement evaluations at over 500 general aviation airports and more than 30 commercial service airports including Boston Logan, Denver International, and Houston Intercontinental.

Chief – Office of Technical Services & Programs
Tarek is the Chief of the Office of Technical Services and Programs (OTSP) with the Caltrans Division of Aeronautics. The OTSP administers grants and loans to eligible California public airports. OTSP also provides engineering expertise and drafting services to support airports and other Division of Aeronautics activities. He joined the Division of Aeronautics in 2015 and has since worked on multiple initiatives, including the Airport Pavement Management System effort toward an ongoing and sustainable pavement management program and in the development
of standards and guidelines for the use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems on California’s state highways.
