Senior Airport Planner
Chad has over 10 years of experience in planning, land use, environmental regulatory compliance, and environmental planning. He develops and conducts airport and environmental planning for five airports, ranging from forecasted operations, master plans, airport land use compatibility plans, air quality, sustainability, and environmental review. He also manages CEQA and NEPA environmental review documents and the natural resources program for Sacramento County Airports.

Assistant Airport Manager
Sean is the Assistant Airport Manager at the Livermore Municipal Airport. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a busy general aviation reliever airport and directly supervises a staff of 4 full-time maintenance personnel and 2 part time employees. Prior to his employment at Livermore, Sean spent a year and a half as the Duty Manager at the Moneta San Jose International Airport, and has also held various positions at both the Hayward Executive Airport and the Ventura County Department of Airports.

Associate
Matt is the Senior Project Manager with ADK Consulting & Executive Search and primarily manages aviation planning and engineering searches for both airports, and privately held companies that serve the aviation industry.
Matt is a publicly elected board member to the Monterey Regional Airport District, having served twice as Chairman. Prior to ADK, he flew as a captain qualified pilot on the Boeing 737 for Southwest Airlines and previously as a Regional Chief Pilot with Mesa Air Group.

Joe’s 30-plus year aviation consulting career includes extensive experience in nearly every
area of airport facilities consulting. He assists airports with terminal projects, airfield projects, airport planning and CIP programming, airport finance and business issues, airline/airport CIP coordination, environmental planning, FAA and state grant coordination, and air service analysis. He is a Vice President with RS&H and serves as RS&H’s Western Region Leader.
