only a restoration project, or if in the process,
you are able to make other changes to
the theatre which will help it meet the
programmatic needs of the community. If it
is simply a restoration project, the work may
be self-explanatory, and while you may be
forced to bring the building up to today’s
building and ADA codes, there may not be
a lot of other research needed. But I caution
that this approach will not take advantage
of a once in a lifetime opportunity to create
for your community an arts facility which
meets community needs, is used often,
and comes as close as possible to meeting Distinctive Hardwood Chairs
financial goals. I would suggest that a
community-wide market survey, as well as Elegant,
in-depth conversations with arts organizations Comfortable,
and potential users, donors and community
leaders, could easily direct your organization Durable,
toward a restoration and rebuilding project
that, when finished, would create a theatre Stackable
that will be used by many organizations
and meet needs in the community that
heretofore have, perhaps, gone unspoken. (978)827-3103 www.eustischair.com
