I promise to learn constantly in order to stay at the cutting edge of my field to provide the best possible care for my patients.
I promise to treat my patients as a valuable part of the health care team and spend the time necessary to ensure my patients understand their condition(s) (if any) and treatment options so that they may make the most informed decisions possible for their health.
I promise to not discriminate amongst my patients in anyway and promise to provide the same level of care I am capable of, regardless of circumstance.
I promise to do what I can, to a reasonable level, to maintain a constant involvement in my community as well as strive to be a positive figure, health advocate, and leader in my community.
I promise to tend to not only my patient’s physical health, but also their mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
I promise to be a quintessential professional at all times.
I will give my teachers the respect and gratitude they deserve.
I will do my best to create a trusting relationship with my patients and hold patient privacy in the highest regard possible.
I will maintain up-to-date knowledge of community resources to help those that may need them and be sensitive to those who are experiencing financial struggles.
