Depression

 Depressions are localized areas within a pavement with
elevations lower than the surrounding area.

 Causes :
 Settlement or failure in the lower pavement layers

 Improper construction techniques
 Cures:

 Cold mill and overlay
 Thin surface patch

 Infrared patch
