Buddying and Mentoring
New starters are buddied by a senior member
of their team for the first six months. When
research staff reach Skale 50 they will be
assigned a mentor from the Management team.
Mentoring sits outside the review process, it is
designed as partnership to share, support and
guide development of the mentee.
