INITIATING REVISIONS

Revisions are initiated for the following reasons:

Revision Request Reasons Requested By Description

Administrative OAA or Manually  Customer changes to OAA Project Contact , Legal Entities and Parent
Company changes
 ATC initiated revisions

Tower/Ground OAA Changes to OAA L&A, Utilities or Ground App
Customer Redlines Manually Customer redlines to a lease, commencement date changes

Commencement Date Manually Customer or ATC initiated changes to a lease commencement date
Change

Accepting Revisions

Revisions are accepted using the following logic:

Revision Acceptance Reasons When to Select Internal / External
Commencement Date Change Customer or ATC initiated changes to a lease Internal or External

– Re-Draft commencement date that require a redraft
Customer Redlines - Re-draft Customer redlines to a lease that require a redraft External

Re-draft Application revisions that require a re-draft External

Re-price Application revisions that require a re-price External

Re-price / Engineering / Re- Application revisions that require a re-price, new External
draft engineering service and re-draft
Engineering Customer revisions to an engineering service not related External
to the application, such as jurisdictional rejections

Negotiated Price Change Customer and ATC agreed upon price changes External

Application Error Internal ATC error that causes the application to be re- Internal
approved
Engineering Error Internal ATC error that causes a new engineering service to Internal
