         REQUESTING REVISIONS
                                                            Revision requests can be triggered in two ways:

                                                                  Automatically via OAA


                                                                  Manually through Siterra





              Automatically (via OAA)

         Used when there have been changes made to the application; driven by the customer,
         Net Dev PMs or APMs.
          1.  Changes to the Project Setup and Contact Information pages in OAA generate an Administrative revision request.
          2.  Changes to the Lines & Antennas, Utilities and Ground Space tabs generate a Tower/Ground revision request.

              Manually (via Siterra)

         Used for customer changes not related to the application, internal errors causing a new
         customer deliverable or jurisdictional requirements.

         1.  Navigate to the project
           Schedule tab and click the
           Request Revision icon.

         2.  Select a reason for the
           revision from the Reason
           drop down menu and
           enter a brief Description
           of the revision
         3.  Select Submit button.
