                                Develop People                 “Mentoring /  Coaching : Always seek for more
                                                               advises, comments and feedbacks from the
                                                               direct supervisor and sub-ordinaries.”
                                Logical & Good                 “Job Shadow : Analyze the working procedures of
                                Communication                  all both internal and external, and keep as
                                                               references, then develop and apply with our
                                                               inside company.”

                                                               the company to align with the policy.

                                Develop People                 Job Rotation : Rotation between employees in
                                                               team to add different experiences and wider
                                                               variety of skills.

                                Logical & Good                 Coaching & Feedback/Mentoring : The monthly
                                Communication                  meeting to discussion on the work and problem,
                                                               comment and feedback to subordinates and
                                                               recommend the effective ways to solve problem.
