problem and learn process improvement. Self-
development : Learn more about case studies,
new trend from other organization and apply to
the company to align with the policy.
Develop People Job Rotation : Rotation between employees in
team to add different experiences and wider
variety of skills.
Logical & Good Coaching & Feedback/Mentoring : The monthly
Communication meeting to discussion on the work and problem,
comment and feedback to subordinates and
recommend the effective ways to solve problem.
