Senior Leadership Objectives
Culture
• Drive usage/adoption of Dynamics to make it a part of the business culture of the entire Connell Organization by regular postings on Yammer (Letters, adoption messaging, horse race, etc ...
• Insure good ergonomics when using iPad. providing tips on Yammer postings, etc... and encouraging use of Kiosks when doing computer related tasks that require extended time typing or creating content on PowerPoint etc.
Transformation
• Drive initial adoption of Dynamics and then drive full use of Dynamics to full extent and quality of content/use by all Dynamics users
• Continue to refine and develop Dynamic Dashboards and Reports to help the business utilize the data from Dynamics to drive better business decisions. Adding finacial data to dashboards by using Data Warehouse to pull both financial and Dynamics data.
• Work with IT on Roll out JDE to Myanmar, Bangladesh and Cambodia in order to support the implementation of Dynamics in those countries.
• Work in collaboration with the CBC Technology and IT to develop the Connell Technology Roadmap with emphasize on prioritizing these functions and IT needs as it relates to Circle and Connell's transformation. The initial meeting will be to set overall priorities and ongoing monitoring and adjusting to make sure priorities are aligned and timeframes met.
• Help guide and deliver a process for Core Products across the Company, including the development of ideas for a "no touch order" as a member of the Core Products Task Force
• Work with each Task Force to help develop and deliver reports, dashboards and enhancements in Dynamics to help them execute and deliver on their Charters.
• Working with HR and Senior Leadership to identify, mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the organization.
• Develop next phase plan for Circle (outside of Dynamics) with AO and CEC
Growth
• Through Dynamics reporting and dashboards giving clarity to the organization on where and how to deliver top line growth to the organization
• Work with Marketing to insure they have data from Project Pipeline in Dynamics to enable them to manage and monitor a healthy pipeline. Including additional reports and dashboard to help deliver growth
• Integrate the overall Circle Program into the Connell S3 year Strategy to insure alignment with overall strategy for the Company. Making certain that next Phases are aligned and properly resourced.
