EMERGENCIES

We do not offer “after hours” emergency service, in case of an

emergency please perform the following steps until the service
department can be scheduled. We will follow up with all emergency

calls first thing the following business day.

If you have a flood from a broken pipe, equipment or pool overflow:

• Turn off the vacuum breaker at the pool equipment
• Turn off the pool power at the main electrical breaker

• Turn off the pool equipment at the pool panel

If you have any electric or equipment issues with NO flooding:

• Turn off the vacuum breaker at the pool equipment

• Turn off the pool power at the main electrical breaker
