START-UP

Congratulations your pool is complete and ready to use! During this

phase a Thunderbird Pools rep will meet with you to do the following:

• ORIENTATE ON POOL CARE AND USING THE

EQUIPMENT
• TURN ON AND CYCLE ALL EQUIPMENT* (24 HRS/DAY
FOR 7 DAYS)

• ADD ALL NECESSARY CHEMICALS
• GO OVER ANY “PUNCH LIST” ITEMS**

• ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

*The pump will continuously run 24 hours per day for the first 7 days, this
gives the pebble a chance to cure out properly and keep sediment from settling

on the interior.

** Punch list items are any repairs needing complete after pebble is installed.
Our rep will walk the entire job with you, we typically like to have these
complete within 7 days from start-up.

You will be provided with a “start-up kit” which includes a pole, rake,

leaf net, thermometer and chemical testing kit as well as an owners
manual for a quick reference on chemical testing and basic

maintenance.

We do provide weekly pool cleaning service for our customers (within
