ACCESS WALLS
If your access wall was torn down for construction, it will be re-installed and
the gate will be re-hang as well (if stipulated in the contract)
ESTIMATED PHASE TIME: 1 DAY
CLEAN-UP
Our clean-up crew will do a final clean of the jobsite, this includes removing
debris from the building process (kiddie pool, garbage, excess pipe/steel) and
returning the yard as close to normal before construction. This does not
include fixing landscaping or irrigation. If you would like to add that to your
contract please contact your designer.
ESTIMATED PHASE TIME: 1 DAY
LANDSCAPE
If you have chosen to have landscaping done, it will be scheduled after
decking/masonry is complete, except artificial grass which will be installed
after pebble to protect the material, we typically like to have it finished before
we proceed to pebble to ensure the integrity of your interior. If you would like
to discuss adding landscape to your pool please call the office and we can
provide you with an estimate from our landscape division “ThunderScapes”.
