Dear Valued Customers,

I am so pleased to be bringing you, our valued customers, the 2 annual SFI
nd
holiday cookbook. This has been quite an astounding year for all of us and I truly
hope that you and your loved ones are safe, healthy and continue to weather
the storm of this pandemic.

I would like to extend my warm wishes to you for a joyous holiday season. I
hope you are all able to gather safely in person or virtually and experience the
bonds that are created over a home cooked meal.

We hope the enclosed digital cookbook gives you some inspiration in the days
and weeks ahead. We have all learned how to be “creative” this year, so let these
new recipes help keep the ideas flowing.

You will find recipes from many ethnicities and ideas for every part of your
meal or celebration. For certain recipes, you will also be able to watch a how-to
video. These recipes were created by various members of our staff and many of
our Ambrosia® branded products are featured in them.

I would also encourage you to keep the less fortunate in your thoughts this
season, particularly those individuals and families that are not food secure.
Although in-person activities can be challenging, please consider any way that
you can help your local soup kitchen or food bank. Change can happen with
each small act of kindness.

As a company, SFI is committed to doing our part to combat hunger. We are
proud to support soup kitchens in both Los Angeles and Northern New Jersey.
