Are some sexual positions REALLY better than others for
conceiving?
-There's no evidence that any particular sexual position is more likely to
lead to conception. Proper timing, on the other hand, is a crucial factor.
Most women are fertile for only six days at most during each cycle, the so-
called “fertility window”. The fertility window opens five days before
ovulation and closes on the day of ovulation. You're most fertile just before
ovulation, so to make conception more likely, have sex during the days just
before you expect to ovulate and then again on the day of ovulation. The
main thing is to have sex close to the day you ovulate.
