Secondary Ovulation Symptoms
Besides the three common ovulation symptoms listed above, there are
other ovulation signs that women may experience in addition. These are
called secondary signs and may not be observed as regularly, if at all, in
many women.
These ovulation symptoms may include:
● Light spotting
● Slight cramping or pain on one side of the pelvis
● Breast softening
● Bloated feeling
● Increased libido
● Enhanced sense of smell, taste or vision
It can be a challenge to learn to track your ovulation and pay attention to
your signs at first, but gradually many women come to recognize these
common signs easily and are able to use them to measure where they are in
their cycle. Understanding ovulation cycle can help you be more in sync
with your body and be an aware individual in the process that occurs each
month.
