Goddess Flow Pose (Utkata Konasana) - 2 mins

               Stand with your legs nice and wide as seen in the first picture. Inhale


               and bend your knees over your ankles to form an arc with your lower

               body. Bring your hands to your pelvic region with the knees bent in


               the arc position. Let the hands join at the wrists and let the palms face

               the sky. The pose will be similar to positioning of arms when flexing

               your muscles on the front. Remember to be soft in your belly during


               this pose. Now as you slowly exhale, move your hands up sideways

               and finally join them over your head. Now bring your hands down

               again in the same manner while inhaling deep. Repeat the cycles for 2


               minutes at least.
