Sister Zettie Amanda Keaton
Zettie Amanda Keaton, age
101, died Saturday February 9, 2019.
She was born November 12, 1917 to
the late Charlie and Zona Vanover
Skaggs. Zettie was a member of the
Old Paint Primitive Baptist Church.
Along with her parents she is
also preceded in death by her hus-
band Ora Keaton, three sons: Elbert,
Homer Ray and Eugene Keaton, 1
daughter-in-law Charlene Gilliam Kea-
ton, 1 grandson, 2 great grandsons She is survived by two sons:
Joe Thomas ( Bonnie) Keaton of Paintsville, KY, and Herman Jay
Keaton of Martha, KY, 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren,
and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and
Tuesday after 9 a.m. at the Preston Funeral Home. Funeral ser-
vices will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Preston Funeral Home
Chapel . Burial will follow in the Vanover Cemetery at Martha, KY.

Sister Mary Ellen (Ison) Osborn
Mary Ellen (Ison) Osborn, of
Ashland, passed away February 20,
2019 in Ironton, Ohio. She was born
March 14, 1925 in Morgan County, KY.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, Isaac and Leota (Adkins)
Ison; husband, Wendell Osborn; broth-
ers, Major, Glen (Dot), Bradford
(Wanderine), Isaac, Jr.and sister- in-
law, Jeanine Walengar.
She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Carpenter (Ken)
and Wendella Bowers; brother, Paul Ison (Barbara); sister- in- law,
Lou Ison; granddaughters, Kendra Carpenter (John Dean), Sara
Duvall (Kris); great grandsons, Evan Wilburn (Rachel), Trace Elliot
and great granddaughter, Sahara Wilburn.
