CAM PUS HUMAN RESOURCES AND DEVELO PM ENT OFFICE
One of the Four Mandates of Human Resources is Recruitment, Selection,
Placement and Promotion. For academic year 2019 and 2020, there are four (4)
teaching personnel who were hired as permanent Instructor, Two (2) Non-Teaching
personnel and one (1) non-teaching reclassified. They are the following;

For the teaching staff, most of them were promoted from Instructor to Assistant
Professor, Assistant Professor to Associate Professor and from Associate Professor
to Professor and some of them were promoted into one (1) step i.e. Instructor I to
Instructor II & III and Assistant Professor I to Assistant Professor II and so on by virtue
of the recent NBC 461 evaluation.
As of September 2020 the campus now have Three (3) Instructors on temporary
permanent status to wit:
