CAM PUS HUMAN RESOURCES AND D EVELO PM ENT OFFICE
One of the Cores of Human Resources is Recruitment, Selection, Placement
and Promotion. For academic year 2017, there are some non-teaching personnel who
were promoted and reclassified and one (1) non teaching is added to the administrative
staffs’ workforce. They are the following;

For the teaching staff, most of them were promoted from Instructor to Assistant
Professor, Assistant Professor to Associate Professor and from Associate Professor
to Professor and some of them were promoted into one (1) step i.e. Instructor I to
Instructor II & III and Assistant Professor I to Assistant Professor II and so on by virtue
of the NBC 461..
For academic year 2018, there is no recruitment and promotion of non-teaching
personnel but for the teaching staff there are two (2) permanent temporary instructors
were given a permanent instructorsip item. They were the following;

Mr. Agusto Gali-om is assigned in the College of Business Management (CBM)
and Mr. Juan Junior To-ong is in the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE)

The Campus also maintained Eight (8) Instructor under Temporary Permanent
status. Contract of appointment were renewed every year. They were the following;
