For the non-teaching staff, the Campus also maintained the employment of the
twenty five (25) administrative staff under contract of service. Seventeen of them were
assigned to different offices, project and in the field and eight (8) are security guard
under Agency.
For Learning and Development which is the third core of human resources, we
have some faculty and staff who were sent to different universities in the Philippines to
pursue their masteral and doctoral degree under CHED and FSDC Scholarship
program.
Also, there are some faculty and employees of the campus who were sent to
attend Seminars/Trainings/Workshop sponsored by different training agencies of the
government.
The last core of human resources is Rewards and Recognition. Under this is
the welfare and benefits of employees. There are some non-teaching staff who were
granted and availed of the monetization of their vacation and sick earned leaves. They
