13. Career and Self-Development Award This shall be granted in
recognition of an Individual who has satisfactory completed a
degree/course within or outside the country at one’s own expense (This
refers to thorn employees who finished their degree/course without any
scholarship grant) A certificate or plaque of recognition is given A cash
award of P10.000 00 for Masterai and P 15,000 for Doctoral may be given
to qualified individuals following accounting rules and regulations

14.1. Perfect attendance In Flag Ceremonies and other University
Activities/Affairs. This shall be granted to an employee who has
perfect attendance in flag ceremonies, University actrvibes/affairs
for a period of one (1) year. A certificate of recognition plus a
personalized mug/umbrella or other appropnate item may be given
14.2. Maaga, Maagap at Masipag (MMM) Award shall be granted to an
employee who is early, prompt/punctual. industrious and has not
incurred absences beyond the authorized mandatory leave of five
(5) days for a period of one year and has the lowest no of hours
of tardiness and under time incurred. A cash award of P5.000 00
or other forms of incentives such as personalized items and a
certificate of recognition shall be given to the awardee during
appropriate events
Scope and Guidelines:
Two (2) employees shall be given an award every year
One shall come from the non-teaching group and one from
tine teaching group Basis shall be the IPCR for one year
DTR and certification indicating that the employee is MMM
from the immediate supervisor
14.3. “Rookie of the Year" Award. This award is given to newly hired
personnel in the University who exhibited exemplary
performance during his/her first six months to 1 year in the
service.
Scope and Guidelines.
One (1) newly hired personnel shall be given an
award. Newly hired personnel who have rendered at least
six months in the service prior to the awarding day shall be
eligible for the award Basis shall be the IPCR with the
highest outstanding rating for the first 6 months in the
service and the Probationary Rating Form. The candidate
