TOTAL

A Certificate of Recognition shall be given to the awardee as reward and
incentive

11. Best Paper Award. This shall be conferred to a faculty member who
served as an adviser to thesis students who may be nominees or awardees
to the Best Paper Award

11.1. The adviser must be an MA/MS or doctoral degree holder in his/her
line of expertise
11.2. He/she must be an expert who has proven his/her ability in his/her
craft
11 3 A full time or part time college professor of the University
11.4 An experienced researcher in his/her field of specialization
