3. Exemplary Behavior Award. This shall be based on the eight (8) norms
of conduct as provided under RA 8713. The awardee shall be automatically
nominated to the Dangai ng Bayan Award
4. Best Organize tional/Delivery Unit (DU) A ward. This shall be granted to
the top organizational unit which may be a delivery
unrt/campus/college/department/division/office on the basis of meeting the
organization's performance targets and other pre-determined criteria, if
any A certificate of recognition plus free meal of personnel with the
University President with an informal meeting shall be given as reward and
incentive.
4 1, To be aligned with the IFSU Strategic Performance Management
System (SPMS) the Best Organizational Unit shall be taken from
% among the DUs
Ail DUs are automatically considered nominees. The Best DU shall
be the top ranked DU.
4.2. if the Organizational/Deiivery Unit wins 3 times consecutively, it shall
be given the Hall of Fame Award

5. Cost Economy Measure Award This shall be granted to an employee or
team whose contributions such as ideas, suggestions, inventions,
discoveries or performance of functions result in savings in terms of man
hours and cost or otherwise benefit IFSU and the government as a whole
The monetary award shall not exceed 20% of the monetary savings
generated from the contribution
6. Service Award. This shall be conferred on retirees whether under optional
or compulsory retirement schemes held during a fitting ceremony on or
before the date of their retirement The recipient shall be entitled to a P5,
000.00 cash subject to COA and DBM rules and regulations, as well as
other policies on the matter plus a certificate of recognition and a send-off
ceremony as a reward
7. Step Increments Due to Meritorious Performance and Step Increment
Due to Length of Service. This award shall be granted to employees in
accordance to Joint CSC-DBM Cir. No. 01, s. 2012. Cash incentive in
conformity with existing guidelines is integrated in the salary and a
certificate may be issued.
8. IFSU President’s Award. This shall be given to an individual or group of
individuals in recognition for an idea or performance and others resulting to
direct benefits of the University. Certificate of Recognition plus other
appropriate reward/incentive shall be given. The awardee shall be
identified by the University President
