c 1. AH deans may be nominated for the award, Application by any of the
deans is also encouraged.
c.2. The nominees/appficants of each campus will be evaluated by the
Campus level PRAISE committee using the guide&nes/chteha
below. Each Campus through their Campus PRAISE committee will
submit the summary of evaluation (CES Form) of their nominees
for consolidation by the University-wide PRAISE committee for
deliberation. The University-wide PRAISE committee will convene
to deliberate and come up with the top first University-wide nominee
and shall forward to the university President for final action
