b 1 The Best Administrative Support Staff award shall be done per
category as follows
b.1.1. Best Administrative Support Staff - 2nd level Category
This includes Administrative Officer Guidance
Counselor, Librarian. Registrar, Accountant. Nurse,
Education Program Specialist. School Farm
Demonstrator and others holding 2m level positions in
the University
b.1.2. Best Administrative Support Staff - 1** level Category
This includes Science Research Assistant, Administrative
Assistant, Administrative Aide (Clerk) and othera holding
Iff levet positions in the University.
b.t.3. Best Administrative Support Staff - Maintenance
Category
Administrative Aide (Maintenance/Utiiity Worker). Farm
Worker, Houseparent Forest Ranger, Driver. Security
Guard.
b.2. Office/department heads amt Campus Administrators of
satellite campuses shall require their nominated staff to submit
their documents for evaluation
b.3. The HRD/Administration Offices of each campus shall do the
documentary assessment. Each Campus through their
Campus PRAISE committee will submit the summary of
evaluation (CES Form) of their nominees for consolidation The
University-wide PRAISE committee will convene to deliberate
and come up with the top University-wide Best Administrative
Support Staff per category and submit to the University
President for final action.
