3.  The  PRAISE  Committee  shall ensure that the EOP shall be observe
                                dunng the deliberation in the selection of awardees

                             4  On the selection of nominees to be awarded, all things being equal, the
                                PRAISE Committee may use affirmative action wherein those who belong
                                to the disadvantaged group may be chosen

                             5. During the awarding ceremony, a wheelchair or other gadgets needed by
                                Person with  Disability (PWD) awardees shall be made available upon
                               their request for special accommodation.

                             6. A PWD ramp is constructed in every building including the awarding area
                                as needed to provide easy access and convenience to awardees with
                                disability.




                   IV.   GUIDELINES



                         General Guidelines

                           1.  Search for the best employees shall commence every July of each year.
                               Awarding will be done during the IFSU Founding Anniversary Celebration
                               or October of each year;
                           2.  Search  for       the     best  employees        shall    be    based      on
                               performance/accomplishments  during  the  two  (2)  rating  periods
                               preceding the search process (July to December of the previous year and
                               January to June of the current year). Search tor the Best Employees shall
                               be university-wide In scope. Thus every  employee in all campuses can
                               be  nominated, provided they will submit their documents for evaluation;
                           3.  If an officiat/employee is awarded  3 times consecutively for the same
                               category, the officiai/employee shall be given the Hall of Fame Award
                           4.  All monetary incentives and other incentives shall be subject to the rules
                               and regulations of the COA and DBM. as well as  other policies on the
                               matter.


                         Specific Guidelines

                         1.    BEST EMPLOYEE AWARD

                                       This shall be granted to an individual or individuals who excelled
                             among peers in a functional group of profession. A cash incentive of five
                             thousand pesos (P 5.000) plus a certificate of recognition and other forms
                             of incentives as the committee may decide shall be given to deserving
                             officials and employees charged to income generated by the University


                             The categories for the Best Employee Award are as follows;

                                A-  Best Teacher
                                B.  Best Administrative Staff
                                C  Best Dean
                                D.  Best University Director
                                £.  Best Campus Administrator
