A. Best Teacher Award

a 1 The Best Teacher award shall be done per category as follows
a. 1.1. Instructor Category
a. 1,2, Assistant Professor Category
a. 1.3. Associate Professor Category
a. 1.4, Professor Category
a.2. A faculty member with designation may be nominated for Best
Teacher Award and for the category they are designated to.
a.3 The Deans/Chairpersons must require their nominated faculty
members to submit their documents for evaluation
a.4. The HRD and Administration Offices of each campus shall do
the documentary assessment, Each Campus through its
Campus PRAISE Committee will submit summary of evaluation
of their nominees for consolidation by the University-wide
PRAISE Committee, The University-wide PRAISE committee will
convene to deliberate and come up with the top University-wide
Best Teacher per category and submit to the University
President for final action.
