4, The thesis outputs have been published in reputable journals 20 points

1 thesis output 10 points

TOTAL 100 points

A Certificate of Recognition shall be given to the awardee as reward and
incentive.

12. Loyalty Award (Government Service). This shall be granted to an
employee which must be In consonance with MC 6. s 2002, which
provides among others, that
a. *A loyalty award is granted to all officials and employees, in
the national and focal governments, including those in the
state colleges and universities (SUC) and government-owned
and controlled corporations with original charter, who
rendered ten (10) years of continuous and satisfactory service
in the government'

The awardee shall receive a memorabilia/souvenir as follows

10 and 15 years - Bronze service medallion or pin

20 and 25 years - JFSU sliver service ring (5 grams)

30. 35 and 40 years - IFSU golden service ring from 12 to 14K
Note 1IFSU golden service ring (5 grams) Is to be given for

these range of years of service

in addition to the memorabilia/souvenir. a cash gift which shall not be
less than P500 00 but not more than P1 000.00 for every year of service
shall be given to a qualified employee A Certificate/Flaque of
Recognition shall also be given to tie awardee for loyalty in IFSU and
the government
