The Development Plan of the University is the main reference for performance planning and targeting. It captures all the aspirations for higher education by the national and
ocal communities as well as international. Flowchart A.l shows the flow of planning at the university which output - the Development Plan becomes the major reference for
performance planning. Flowchart A.2 illustrates the flow of Performance Planning and other stages in the SPMS Cycle based on the SPMS Manual with some additional details
i.e. schedules/period, identification of responsible units/individuals, and major activities).
