The Davies Group at George Smith Partners has been exclusively engaged
by the Sponsors, LEE Group and J.B. Earl Company, to secure debt
financing for its “Granary Gateway” project located at 161 W 600 S, Salt
Lake City, Utah 84101. Proceeds will be allocated to replace the existing
acquisition loan for the 394-key Hotel RL and cover renovation costs to
convert its south tower into a 184-unit multifamily offering.
